It controls and monitors the condition and work of the ebike's parts and sends that information to the Delfast server in real-time (while online). The benefit is that if something is not working correctly, the onboard computer can detect the bug and send it directly to us which enables tech support to quick address any issues.
The onboard computer synchronizes all e-bike parts, so the e-bike itself functions as a single whole organism. Connected to the integrated app via the cloud, the onboard computer transfers all the collected info on the phone of the bike owner.
Because of the onboard computer’s GPS tracking module, the computer collects all the bike's ride information, so that it can provide helpful suggestions to the rider (based on their past usage/how they typically ride their bike). For example, it might send the rider a message like: “If you go to point A (20 miles) in Unlimited Mode, you may not get there, switch to Eco Mode for better mileage.” It can also suggest another route. This personalized information improves riders custom ride experience.
Our Competitors' bikes usually operate with the app only, where the app's primary function is to provide user with data collected from a GPS tracker or BMS (battery management system). But, an-app-only can not track the condition of the bike: It cannot diagnose the bug, fix it, or report it.
The bike’s smartness also allows it to regularly give you recommends to improve your ride. Examples:
Downloading the “My eBike Ride” app enables your bike’s data to be collected and analyzed from different devices – and delivers that intel to your hand-held device.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping to the lower 48 usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier used and delivery location.
