- Because every ride is different, there is no single range figure that applies to every rider. Factors such as terrain, elevation gain, rider weight, temperature, wind, tire pressure, and your selected assist level all affect battery life. Under typical riding conditions, most riders can expect approximately 40 to 60 miles on a single charge. Actual range will vary based on how and where you ride.
What is the warranty coverage?
- For all of our ebikes, we stand behind your purchase with a one‑year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty starts the day you receive your bike and covers major components like the battery, frame, motor, controller, wiring harness and LCD display. To activate your coverage, be sure to register your bike within 30 days of delivery; the warranty is valid only for the original owner and can’t be transferred. It protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse or modifications. If you ever have a problem, just reach out to our support team and we’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
